PREPAID

Non-refundable, which must be made within the next 3 hours of having managed the reservation.  

CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

You will automatically receive an email confirming your reservation, which can be canceled if the corresponding payment is not processed.If you did not receive the confirmation message, immediately contact 945316022 via WhatsApp. Change of specialist subject to variation without prior notice.

RESCHEDULES

With a term of no less than 24 hours via WhatsApp 945316022 (at the moment we are not answering calls). If you do not show up on the selected day and time, your appointment will be considered as attended, leaving the advance payment without effect. Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance or under promotion, no modifications apply.

TOLERANCE TIME

We assign a tolerance period of 10 minutes. If you exceed this time, your appointment could have a surcharge to schedule a new reservation.

PAYMENT METHOD

Cash or transfer BBVA, BCP, SCOTIABANK, INTERBANK. Payments by credit/debit card (in the establishment) with a surcharge of 5%. 

MINORS

Everyone under 18 years of age must download and present our attention sheet (click here to download), attaching a copy of the legal representative's ID. If you do not bring it with you, we will limit the right to care, considering the reservation as attended. The company is not responsible for tokens with a forged signature.

CAPACITY

Committed to the current situation, our capacity has been reduced by 40%, eliminating our waiting room. at both locations. 

PARKING LOT

Magdalena del Mar Headquarters NOT It has parking for any means of transportation. La Molina Headquarters YES It has parking around the Mall. If you come by car, consider the time it will take you to park to avoid being late for your appointment.

POST-TREATMENT GUARANTEE

 

If you are not satisfied with the purchased service, notify us within 3 days after the service, we will provide a solution at no cost. 

*The guarantee does not apply after the established time.

*Placement of extensions excludes warranty, having active lifting or curling (you can request a prior evaluation).

*If you opt for a lifting or curling treatment, you should check if it is possible to do another one again before managing your reservation.

PROMOTIONS

Tardies exclude promotional cost. Schedule a new date subject to an extra charge at the regular cost. Remaining payment of the service will be accepted only in cash. We do not apply promotion on promotion.

ADDITIONAL

The services in promotion or under the regular cost do not include the extension removal service (if applicable).
